Summary: PSG is a fun and innovative facility that offers many traditional and non-traditional cocoa products. With their flexibility, ease of sending samples, and willingness to consolidate shared orders, this is an excellent facility for small and large business. We enjoy working with them very much.
Their Plantation: They have an 800-acre plantation of meticulously cared for CCN-51 beans which will give you an excellent traditional cacao/chocolate product at a great price. CCN-51 have good robust chocolate characteristics but do not offer the fine, delicate aromas of the fine-flavored Arriba cacao found in Ecuador sought by small, artisanal, and niche chocolate makers. The CCN-51 is a prolific and hearty bean offering a great balance between quality and price. PSG follows organic practices, but their cacao is not certified organic, so we refer to this as non-certified organic. Low cadmium levels.

Samples: They have a special relationship with DHL and Federal Express which makes getting samples cost-effective and in just a few days.
