Below is the start of a list of Ecuadorian chocolate manufacturers. The list focuses on bean-to-bar manufacturers but there are also some larger and notable Ecuadorian manufacturers that don't represent true bean-to-bar producers but because of their prominence in the market they are included in the list. The manufacturers' below produce a wide range of retail products with a similarly wide range of prices. Products include chocolate bars, gift chocolates, chocolate sculptures and other specialty designs with prices ranging from $20 to over $300 per pound of chocolate.
